Terms Of Service

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Building Electrical Maintenance Handyman Services (ABN 42 636 107 739). By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

1. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Final pricing may vary if additional work, parts, or unexpected issues arise.

  • Labour rates and Materials cost will be advised upfront where possible


2. Bookings and Cancellations

  • We do our best to arrive at the agreed time; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or other methods as arranged.

  • Invoices not paid by the due date may incur late fees.

4. Warranty and Liability

  • We provide a warranty on our workmanship in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Warranties on parts or products are covered by the manufacturer.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications after work is completed.

5. Access and Safety

  • You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property where work is to be carried out.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of re-supplying the services.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
